What is the delivery time for my order?
At Saviere Jewelry, many of our pieces are handmade and personalized just for you, which means they take a little more time to create. Due to current demand and our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, delivery times may be slightly longer than you're used to.

The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Thank you for your patience, I promise it’s worth the wait.

What should I do if I have not received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, your order may arrive with a slight delay. I thank you for your patience. If the indicated delivery time has passed and you still have not received anything, please send an email to info@savierejewelry.com. We will check the status of your package and keep you informed.

I would like to exchange/return my order. How can I do this?
To return an item, simply contact us at info@savierejewelry.com. Please include your name, your order number (e.g. #0000, found in your confirmation email), and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return address and confirmation. Once this is done, you may return the product using the carrier of your choice.

What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The amount will depend on the carrier you choose. Please check the carrier’s website for pricing details.

What are the return conditions for my product(s)?
You always have a 30-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive the item.

However, returns are subject to the following conditions.

You may only return the item if:

  • The 30-day return period has not expired;
  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags still attached;
  • The product has not been used.

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via credit card and PayPal. If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, please follow the steps on the checkout page to see all available options.

What should I do if I did not receive my order confirmation email?
This should not happen. Please send us an email at info@savierejewelry.com including your full name and email address. We will assist you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel my order?
Would you like to cancel your order for any reason? Please send us an email as soon as possible at info@savierejewelry.com, including your name, your order number (e.g. #0000), and if possible, the reason for cancellation.
